Forget about your broccoli, your cous cous and your
goat cheese
Forget about your soy milk and your hippy-drippy herbal teas
They can all slip your mind at the store today, that's fine
But let me just remind you what you cannot leave behind

Forget about the broccoli and the bean curd, I don't mind

Its the most environmentally conscious frozen food
in town
In fact, I'd like to 'do my part' another six or seven pounds
But I only eat Ben and Jerry's for their politically correct dealings
It has nothing to do with the sugar buzz that glues me to my ceiling

without
Ben and Jerry's and a big bowl of Rainforest Crunch?
See, this is more my style. You know, activism made simple
I just wish they'd find a way to save the world with Mango Ripple
And forget about the broccoli and the bean curd, I
don't mind
